  • Developing Vision and plan for change, Mobilizing stakeholders, Communication of change
  • When change is necessary and when it is not recommended
  • Assessment of risks associated with change and of their scope
  • Change management tools
  • Coaching during the process of change
  • Measuring the effects of change
  • Concrete tips and tools for changeover situations, how to be in charge
  • Employees downsizing or any other structural changes
  • Mergers and acquisitions, taking over companies or being taken over
  • Company culture change / e.g. to more consumer friendly
  • Implementation of technological changes
  • Change in the personal area / e.g. departments switch
  • Individual action plan for managing change and to be developed by each participant. Follow up on the actions in the follow up training day.
